News: Megan Wouldn’t Have Kids With Friends
Me, either!
 (CBS) Megan Fox has been busy promoting her new film, “Friends with Kids,” which centers around two friends (Adam Scott, Jennifer Westfeldt) who decide to conceive and raise a child together while maintaining a plutonic relationship.
Fox, who plays a love interest for Scott’s character, told CBSNews.com at a recent New York screening of the comedy that such a child-raising partnership wouldn’t be for her.

“I could never do it,” Fox said. “I could never pull it off. But maybe some people could get away with it and be happy with the results. I just…I worry about it.”
The 25-year-old sex symbol stars in this independent feature alongside several cast members from last year’s smash hit “Bridesmaids,” including Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Jon Hamm, and Chris O’Dowd, who made a strong impression on Fox.
“[Chris O'Dowd is] so hysterical and so strange and so inappropriate with his humor,” Fox said, “And I was crying, watching him do his scenes and listening to him improv under his breath.”
But with such an ensemble cast, Fox pointed out, all her co-stars were impressive. “There’s so many actors in this that are just geniuses. And it was amazing to get to just watch them work and observe them in their natural habitat.”
“Friends with Kids” was written and directed by Westfeldt, who is also the long-time partner of “Mad Men” star Jon Hamm. The comedy opens in theaters on Friday.

News: Megan Fox and Zoe Saldana to star in ‘Swindle’
VERY cool! Hi everyone, I’m Lita and I’m going to help here at FoxWeb now and then. 
Megan Fox and Zoe Saldana, two of Hollywood’s hottest actress, are teaming up for a spec script for Paramount Pictures.
The new project, titled ‘Swindle,’ sees Fox and Saldana getting tough for an action and heist themed plot. The film will be produced by ‘Moneyball’ producer Michael de Luca alongside Fox and Saldana.
While details are being kept very hush hush, the spec script was allegedly chased down by both Paramount and Universal, meaning it’s got to be a good project as both studios were working hard to get it.
According to Deadline, the film is a result of Fox and Saldana desiring to work with each other.
Fox, whose appearances in the ‘Transformers’ films catapulted her to fame, took a more comedic route recently with the film ‘Friends with Kids,’ which is in theaters now. Saldana found huge fame through the 2009 mega-hit ‘Avatar,’ and has several other project coming up the pipeline.

 Megan Fox, who can currently be seen in “Friends With Kids” has been ranked as one of the world’s sexiest woman on more than one occasion. Yet it seems that the raven haired beauty is thinking of leaving Hollywood to become…an archaeologist. The pin-up has been in some major films, such as “Transformers” but perhaps she’d like to give all that up in order to explore the world. In a recent interview with MTV, Fox revealed her plans:
“I would really love to go on an archaeological dig. I have an offer to go somewhere in England but I would rather go to Egypt or Syria or some place like that.”
That’s great news for all the male archaeologists currently traipsing through Egypt or Syria but bad news for fans that feel Fox belongs on the big screen or burning up newsstands with sultry photo shoots. Not to worry, Fox is set to star in the upcoming “The Dictator” with Sacha Barron Cohen and is this month’s Cosmo covergirl. And even if she does start digging for artifacts in the near future, there’s plenty of covers for fanboys to drool over while she’s away.

News: Chris O’Dowd Unleashes on Michael Bay for Megan Fox ‘Transformers’ Firing
Someone finally standing up for Megan?
 Megan Fox was famously replaced on the third Transformers film after she made controversial comments about series director Michael Bay. One of Fox’s colleagues has now come out with his take on Bay vs. Fox, and he is coming down hard on the popular director.
“I don’t know the ins and outs of it but it’s all down to having a fallout with Michael Bay,” Irish comedian Chris O’Dowd told the Toronto Sun. “But who wouldn’t have a fallout with him? It’s one of the sexist things (sic) I’ve ever seen.”
O’Dowd, who appears in Friends with Kids with Fox, doesn’t think his costar was treated fairly during the controversy. Fox had likened Bay to Hitler in 2009 and was swiftly replaced with English actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
“She called him an a**hole. Well, he is a f**king a**hole,” O’Dowd said. “She’s not the only one who has said that. Why has she been singled out?”
Though O’Dowd directed much of his anger toward Bay, he may not have been the only one with a hand in Fox’s firing. Last summer, Bay revealed that Steven Spielberg, executive producer of the Transformers films, urged Bay to fire her after she made the comments. Spielberg has since denied that conversation happened.

Last summer, Fox’s Transformers costar Shia LaBeoufalso gave his take on the controversy, saying that Fox was uncomfortable with the way Bay’s films portrayed women.
“Mike films women in a way that appeals to a 16-year-old sexuality,” LaBeuof told the Los Angeles Times last summer. “It’s Michael’s style. And I think [Fox] never got comfortable with it.”

Interview: Megan talks Shia, Transformers and Friends With Kids
Great interview with Megan that comes from MovieFone where she talks about starting over with comedies and ensemble casts, her adoration of former co-star Shia LaBeouf and her public image:
With the recent Shia LaBeouf interview and the ‘Transformers’ situation, why didn’t you clarify or defend yourself?
I didn’t want to talk about it while they’re on the press tour because I didn’t want to try to throw mud at them. I didn’t want that movie to suffer. Especially because I love Shia. I wanted that movie to do well for him. I didn’t want to have this big media war over something that really was so silly and it would have just been my ego needing to engage in a war, at that point. Of course, there will be a time when I want to tell my side of the story. I just don’t feel it was appropriate while they were promoting the movie.
