News: Catwoman Rumors Prove False
Just as we figured (hence the reason the gossip wasn’t initially posted), the Catwoman rumors for Megan’s future are totally false says People and Ace Showbiz. The rumors were started by The Sun tabloid (never trust a tabloid), the same tabloid that started rumors that Megan’s Transformers co-star Shia LaBeouf would take over as Robin in the same film, as well as the debunked rumor that Eddie Murphy would be seen in The Riddler. Here’s what Ace Showbiz had to say:
Megan Fox has not been taped to portray Catwoman. Contrary to previous report which mentioned that the “Transformers” beauty has signed on to be the next depicter of the female fatale in upcoming “Batman” film, a representative for Warner Brothers told People, “It’s rumor. It’s not true.” The representative then added, “There is no script. There is no project to be cast in.”
